FAMILY DAYS EXPO 2017 SEPT. 30th & OCT. 1st

Please read all information before registering. You may register online and pay by clicking the Family Days Registration button at the bottom of this page or you may download and print the application below and send to: Port Orange Family Days, PO Box 290610, Port Orange, Fl. 32129 or Fax to 386-322-5148.

Space is limited, therefore payment is due upon registration. If registering online and paying by check or credit card, payment must be received within one week of submission. 386-506-5935 for phone payments. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.

  • THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $100 LATE FEE FOR ANY POWER REQUESTS AFTER SEPTEMBER 15TH. POWER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON EVENT DAY IF YOU DIDN’T REQUEST IT.
  • THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $100 LATE FEE FOR BOOTH PACKAGE REQUESTS AFTER SEPTEMBER 15TH. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $200 LATE FEE FOR BOOTH PACKAGE REQUESTS ON DAY OF EVENT.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

CANCELLATION POLICY: THERE IS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE BEFORE 9/15. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 9/15. CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

FAMILY DAYS TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER.

You may NOT distribute promo items or information for entities other than the business name or organization you sign up under without written consent from Family Days. No subletting of spaces permitted. VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE BOTH DAYS! If you can not participate 2 days, you will be placed accordingly. Vendors that don’t return on Sunday without notifying this office before the event, will not be considered as a vendor next year.

SORRY! WE ALREADY HAVE LALAROE VENDORS FOR THIS EVENT. PORT ORANGE COMMUNITY TRUST WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS BASED ON THE NEEDS OF THE EVENT. WE MAY TURN VENDORS AWAY IN THE CASE OF TOO MANY OF THE SAME TYPE OF BUSINESS. WE TRY OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUESTS, BUT IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE.

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE; EITHER BY CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD WITHIN ONE WEEK. REGISTRATIONS WILL BECOME VOID AFTER 1 WEEK IF PAYMENT ISN’T RECEIVED.

Port Orange Community Trust is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise during or overnight of the event. We will supply security.
